Tapsi Hapsi és Dodó Kacsa, a Warner Brothers két sztárja ismét összezördül. Dodó ugyanis torkig van a másodhegedűs szepével Tapsi oldalán, ezért úgy határoz, hogy örökre búcsút vesz a Stúdiótól. Ehhez Kate Houghton (Jenna Elfman), a Komédiaügyi alelnök is hozzájárul, aki felbontja Dodó szerződését, és utasítja DJ Drake-et (Brendan Fraser), a WB biztonsági őrét és reménybeli kaszkadőrét, hogy penderítse ki Dodót a Stúdió területéről. Ekkor kapja a hírt DJ, hogy apját, a híres színészt (Timothy Dalton), aki mellesleg szuperkém is, fogságba ejtette az Acme megakonszern vezetője, Mr. Chairman (Steve Martin). Charmain mindenáron meg akarja szerezni a Kék Maki nevű gyémántot, amivel a Föld teljes lakosságát majommá tudná változtatni. Azonban csak DJ apja tudja a drágakő lelőhelyét, ezért a lökött duónak sietnie kell, hogy megakadályozzák az őrült tervet. (InterCom)
