The ninth episode didn't bore me directly, but it didn't impress me either. The pace of the story was low again, the creators probably saved the action for the finale. I have already given up on the atmosphere, so I could only appreciate the progress in the investigation and the black Phantom Irving, who once again reveled in politics.
