Unalmas, lapos, monoton és főleg felesleges film. Az események rekonstrukciójaként kudarcot vall, mert a valóságot a saját képére formálja. És mint egy tömeggyilkosról szóló, valóságot figyelmen kívül hagyó thriller-shocker azért bukik meg, mert nincsenek benne a lényeges dolgok: sem átgondolt nyomozás, sem hátborzongató gyilkosságok. Mintha Evilenko filmet egy naiv, konzervatív tévés készítette volna, aki azt hiszi, hogy komor zenével és egy tipizált színésszel remekművet alkothat. Nagy tévedés.
