The documentary isn't particularly interesting, but it's a good edit of what life was like for one of rugby's greatest players. It's as if it's all coming to a head, which was 2015, when McCaw did something no one else could. And then it's like there's nothing. It’s too bad more isn't said about him afterward.

At first glance, Incarnate is an original take on the exorcism genre, but as you watch it, it gradually becomes apparent that there's really very little that's new, because it follows the classic template. In the end, there's not much new in it, and the finale of the film destroys it completely. Everything that could have been good about it is suddenly gone and there's not much of anything left. I simply didn't like Incarnate.

At the beginning, I wasn't really hooked, but when I saw what John Hennigan was doing in the role and what stunts he was capable of, I have to admit that I liked his performance a lot, not to mention that it was nice to see a few old familiar faces again, who nowadays appear only in B-movies.

It's exactly as awkward as you'd expect. There's hardly any scene where you actually laugh, and ultimately it's not even good as a horror parody. Tyler Perry seems to have a sense of humor, and yet he somehow fails to translate it to the viewer. You can tell he enjoys the characters, but I didn't share his enthusiasm.

I couldn't get into the film at first, but it turned out to be so enjoyably acted that I succumbed to it in the end. The actors here are so pleasantly natural, as if nothing is at stake, even though it's about relationships and emotions. Some of the child stars have grown into actors who will be able to impress even in adulthood.

I didn't think I was going to be that entertained by this film, but given the way it is shot and the performances in particular (Margot Robbie and the incredibly exuberant Allison Janney, not to mention little McKenna, who shines everywhere, even if only for a moment in this film), I had to smile and just enjoy myself the entire time, also because of how interestingly the film is shot.

The film is absolutely perfect. Adam Driver shows that he is one of the best actors of his generation, versatile and great. Alba Rohrwacher, alongside him, portrayed a role in such a way that you understand everything that is happening, even if you don't necessarily agree with it. It was a very depressing experience, but a high-quality film.

It doesn't happen to me very often, even when I'm tired, but during Captain Corelli's Mandolin, I fell asleep for the last half hour. It was as if nothing else was going to happen, but you have to wait for that final meeting, which is ultimately necessary. It’s a lengthy romance that did little to show the horrors of war, though the film did do a great job in one scene.

At first glance it looks like a very feminine film, and it is very feminine - after all the main characters are women, but on the other hand, for example Winona's point of view deals with problems that even a man can have. The uncertainty of what one actually expects. I liked the musings. But the clear answer at the end? Not so much.

This is a pretty standard western, and with regard to Jason Robards, you get the feeling that he only had one position in westerns and he used it. Still, it's a position that suits him and makes his characters more than tolerable. I found it a bit too sleepy for a western, which spoiled the experience of the film and its overall impression.
