(InterCom)

angol I do not know to what extent it was a deliberate marketing move on the part of the agency representing Reese Witherspoon or a spontaneous claim from publicists working in the film industry who succumbed to her charm. However, from the beginning of her acting career, there were rumors about her that characterized Reese as a determined and intelligent actress who is focused on building a long-term career and therefore carefully chooses challenging roles. I'm sorry, but for the umpteenth time, I have to say that from this path, if it ever was true, she has strayed into mediocre commercial projects. Sweet Home Alabama is a banal romantic comedy with the most predictable plot, and the only thing likable about it is that it doesn't pander to the already low standards of productions for older adolescents. Maybe it's worth it for her, but for me, Sweet Home Alabama is not worth more than 2 stars and a 40% overall impression. ()

angol Sweet Home Alabama has everything you could want. I didn’t expect it to be such a good romcom. And make no mistake, Reese Witherspoon and Patrick Dempsey? They certainly don’t go together ;) ()

angol It's exactly the kind of film where you know right from the beginning what's going to happen and how it's going to end. Still, it has a certain, hard-to-specify charm that makes this romantic comedy a joy to watch once in a while, and it moves me pleasantly every time. Josh Lucas probably has something to do with it, because he's a very good-looking guy. (70%) ()
