Far into the future. A war rages on a distant, desolate planet. Coincidentally, I watched the B-movie Battle Beyond the Stars two days before the screening of this movie, and less than a day before, Dark Star, so I was ecstatic over the fact The Adventures of Taura included scenes taken from those two movies. Most of the footage used is of course newly shot material from the women's space prison, but it's still a cheap piece of garbage with all sorts of holes in its logic, bad continuity, and perhaps to be completist, everything else. Fred Olen Ray pulled out the cheapest tricks for this movie. Luckily, I didn't expect anything else. [The Shockproof Film Festival 2020]
