Cursing, laughing and telling each other a few home truths, Loes and her daughters Marjolein and Gijsje all struggle with their own stages of motherhood and the effect it has on their lives. In this sequel to the hit comedy from 2017, Marjolein (41) is confronted, now that her eldest children are independent and the youngest goes to school, with herself and her wilting marriage. Gijsje, a mother now, is driven by ambition at her workplace. Loes (61) wants to share her life with attractive life coach Bernd, but her daughters do not agree with her marrying him.
