The American movie The Pick-Axe Murders Part III: The Final Chapter may have an interesting title, referring to the fact that there were probably two previous instalments. However, that is not actually true. It was simply a marketing ploy. The movie is, in fact, the first in the franchise, and there was nothing preceding it. Nor do I think that anything will follow because there is nothing to source more material from. This is a boring example of a slasher movie treading the same old ground.
