The pace of the story has indeed slowed down a bit, but there was a good reason for it. While family relationships were inseparably intertwined with police investigation, I silently hoped that there would be no unnecessary outbursts of emotions. But here I am in Iceland, where American manners are not really common, so I am satisfied, even enthusiastic.
