Ett paradis utan biljard

The year is 1950. Franco has been in Sweden for a year. In letters to his friend Giuseppe he tells about his new country, a paradise where the girls are all blond and beautiful, where there is free housing and free medical care and he earns three times as much as his friend does in Italy. Giuseppe now gets to come to Sweden and work for the same company as Franco. Franco has adjusted well to life in Sweden, but Giuseppe finds it hard indeed. The film is about the warmth of their friendship and the tragicomic events of their life in Sweden, in the tradition of Italian comedy. (forgalmazó hivatalos szövege)
