Tartalmak(1)

In Poland at the beginning of the 1940s there were two million Jews fleeing through the forests. The Germans paid both money and foodstuff to Poles who delivered a live Jew. Three kilos of sugar seemed to be the going price. One day we follow along in the woods when Poles are looking for firewood and the war seems to be far away. They're talking about their plans for the future and one or two flirtatious glances are made. But when the group finds a half-dead person, whom they assume is a Jew, the mood shifts. There's a debate about who found him, what they're going to do with him and how to split the reward. Who do you become when both your own and others' lives are at stake? If you liked Ida then you'll surely enjoy Klezmer. (Göteborg Film Festival)
