Evil Bong 420 is a film aimed at those who have found something entertaining in the series, something that simply amuses them and won't let them go even when there's nothing left to tell and the plots are truly banal or even too boring. This is the case with the script of Evil Bong 420. There's really nothing to get excited about here and it's just riding on some supposed popularity or just inertia.
