Zwemles

Short animated film about the horrors of the first swimming lesson. A girl gets the whole package: the dismal changing cubicle, the pinching rubber rings, the icy shower, the unreliable pool attendant, the huge pool that looms like an ocean before her. While the clarinet on the soundtrack keeps blowing cheerfully, our heroine must make the best of it in the water. A small reference to Jaws is obviously bound to be made. (Nederlands Film Festival)
