The mystery of a psychotic who is terrorizing Manhattan is linked to the activity of a low-budget film crew. “Family values must be saved!” Troma remain true to themselves and created something like a manifesto for independent cinema with lessons for the whole family. What else can you add to that? Dolphin man sucks! Or rather, why the hell does it have to be so long?

I can no longer consider Troma films gems stylised as shite. Troma films are shite and they don’t hide it, they actually admit it, which for me is worse. The combination of one-dimensional nastiness with boorish humour is really beyond me.
