La niebla y la doncella

The corpse of a young man is found in a forest on the island of La Gomera. The case closes when the primary suspect, a local politician, is exonerated. Three years later, Sergeant Bevilaqua and his assistant, Corporal Chamorro, are sent to the island to reopen the investigation. Corporal Anglada, the last person to see the young man alive, accompanies them. (Santa Barbara International Film Festival)
