Which came first the chicken or the egg? The child or the adult? Sometimes it's hard to tell. The adults act more childish than the children. This is a major theme that is explored within the story of Sick Of It All. Sick Of It All's leading hero is ANTHONY is a stressed out Adult toy collector who has lost his youthful ways which gave him his original love for toy collecting. Perhaps it's because he is a telemarketer who enjoys the past and hates technology. Or it is because he finds himself in what might appear to be a loveless relationship with his live in girlfriend ROSE? Is it time for Anthony to grow up and join the new age "sonic healing cult" with Rose? Or will he take the advice of his whimsical, old soul, 7 year old nephew known as L.P., and find his youth and himself again? (Gravitas Ventures)

I thought it was going to be some kind of retro film noir, but that didn't turn out to be the case. This is a conversational film (according to some categorizations, even a comedy, but I don't fully agree with that) which has an interesting visual aspect - the black and white suits it well - but unfortunately, that's about the only thing that really captivates. After a while, the dialogue just becomes chatter.
