Three university students come together to form a secret society to prepare to leave the America before the outbreak of war. At night after a secret meeting, one of them sees a man disappear behind a wall. When he's sent to the principal's office the next day, he never returns. Then another of them disappears. Where have they gone? After their dream? This famous French film from 1938 was based on Piearre Véry's novel and was awarded the Jean Vigo award at its premiere. The film brings into contrast the mystery of the child world and the demystification of the adult world. (Zlín Film Festival)
