Urara Meirocho is a cute anime series full of sensitive moments meant to pull at the heartstrings of those with a softer disposition, plus there are a few scenes that "Uncle Pedobear" would enjoy. Of course, it is aimed at fans of kawaii Lolita girls, and I am actually also part of the target group. I do not care if it is logical at all because I do not think about moe issues; I assess the quality by how much of a stupid smile they can put on my face and how cute and emotional I find it. However, let us be honest, I have seen quite a few better shows in this category in terms of cuteness, emotion, and wit, so I am only seeing a slightly better average. It probably helps that I am quite skeptical about fortune tellers and predictions of the future, so I did not find this setting for the classic "cute girls doing cute things" very impressive. 5.5/10.
