Ministarstvo ljubavi

At the urging of his father-in-law, Krešo, an unemplyed biologist, gets a job as a clerk in a newly established government ministry. He and his new work partner, Šikić, are sent to the countryside to find out whether any war widows have been "shacking up", and if so, ensure their military pensions are revoked. Though an unappealing task, bad work is better than no work. It soon becomes apparent, however, that neither one of them is cut out for the job. Krešo, in the midst of a mid-life crisis, realizes he expected more from his life and his marriage, which is on the rocks... An ironic comedy about love and the dilemmas of everyday life.
