Into the Arms of Strangers: Stories of the Kindertransport

Narrated by winner Judi Dench, this life affirming, true story is about a rescue mission that saved 10,000 children from persecution by the Nazi government of Germany. In the nine months just prior to World War II, the British government and a handful of dedicated volunteers worked feverishly to transport children from German territories to foster homes and hostels in Great Britain.
