El invierno

Evans, the old foreman of a Patagonian ranch, welcomes a group of workers for the shearing season. It's the same every year, the only thing that changes are the men's faces. But this time, at the end of the season, Evans is sacked from his job and replaced by Jara, a young ranch hand from the north. The change won't be easy for either of them. Each, in his own way, will have to survive the coming winter. (San Sebastian International Film Festival)
