On average, it's quite easy to reach that level in comic book movies. There's a fair amount of action, there are plenty of villains, and eventually, a bit of humor appears. This leads to the film definitely not being offensive, but neither does it impress. Another attempt by super villains, which is doomed to destruction from the beginning.
