Struggling to come to terms with the events that saw him jailed for murder, Sam Peel (Noel Clarke) finds himself the target of local youths looking to get even. Considering that I've seen quite a few British films with "Hooligan" in the title, I must say that those with "-hood" at least appear much higher in quality after watching this film. Not only is the technical quality of Brotherhood quite high, but the screenplay is also quite bearable and doesn't really annoy you.
