In a time now lost in the mists of memory, the great King Arthur (Edward Fox) rules in the legendary citadel that is Camelot. His Knights of the Round Table commit acts of derring-do and spend their spare time jousting, much to the delight of the local citizens and especially to Princess Ilene (Katherine Heigl). angol To measure Prince Valiant's directorial production in terms of quality, such as Excalibur (which Hickox was remotely inspired by and wanted to partially replicate), would mean choosing between garbage and a one-star rating. However, while objectively speaking, there are much better films that may disappoint you due to high expectations, there are also films that are so ridiculous and non-artistic that they become cute and entertaining. The acting of most involved is so clumsy that it had me grinning from ear to ear. It vaguely reminds me of Edward Wood's productions. Overall impression: 35%. ()

angol Valiant. That’s more like a name for a cartoon pigeon who worked with the postal service in the Second World War, or if you switch round the letters, it could be the brand of heating furnace with the green rabbit. Things like prince, Camelot and Excalibur didn’t occur to me at all. Well, it was quite fun, so one star for that and the other for Ron Perlman. ()
