Adolf „Adi" és Rudolf Dassler gyakorlatilag mindenben különböznek egymástól. Az egyetlen dolog, amiben egyetértenek: a küldetés, elkészíteni a tökéletes sportcipőt. A tehetséges testvérek ideálisan kiegészítik egymást: Adi a gondolkodó és feltaláló, Rudi pedig kemény üzletember. A féltékenység akkor üti fel a fejét, amikor Adi felesége a cégnél akar dolgozni, de Rudi ragaszkodna a hagyományokhoz. I don’t get the decision of German producers to film two very similar movies about the Dassler brothers within a single year. I’m, of course, talking about Rivals Forever - The Sneaker Battle. However, I’ve heard of this movie first and so I’ve been curious to see how they’re going to differ. In the end, I can’t say that either one is better or that the other is worse. They’re both very good. For example, this one has perfectly shot scenes from the end of the war when the Allies wanted to bomb the factory. But the other one explains everything in greater detail. They both have their upsides, but they’re very similar in quality.
