Frustrated of being rejected for her looks, Saru decides to get a makeover. She reaches out to her neighbour Inder for help, who agrees and eventually falls in love with her. Another Indian film, which shows us this time that it is possible to shoot a two and a half hour long romance that can entertain you for the most part and can squeeze emotions out of you. It's sometimes a bit too much, but the connection with the musical scenes worked great for me. The finale can really get a person.
