angol One day I came home, and my girlfriend was watching a film while cooking. I told her I was going to switch the channels and she said I shouldn’t. She said there was nothing else on TV (and we currently have more than enough TV channels). This movie looked like shit, so I did not hesitate and started to change the channels. Well, guess what? She did not lie. So at that moment on my right side, I had an uncomfortable view of my girlfriend wanting me to admit she was right, and on the left side there was the movie, which was not unique at all, showed a story already told too many times about a rich girl getting poor and how she starts to work, emancipates herself, falls in love and learns to live without money. The fact that there was a ton of bullshit, which clearly does not bother the audience of such films, really pissed me off so I went to the basement to finish painting the stairs, a job that has been waiting for me for almost a month. How do you think such a movie will end? I did not have to watch it to know it. ()

angol This is one of the movies I came across when I accidentally uploaded it to my hard drive. In the romantic comedy genre, originality, and cleverness of the script are usually not overly important, and usually they just recycle established practices and cast sympathetic and decent actors, add a few jokes and the audience will appreciate it at least as an above-average film. But in the case of The Right Girl, it is not about average, but about stupidity, which is simply indigestible to me. Seriously, I had the feeling that the screenwriter was openly making fun of me and if the actors had enough dignity, they would at least have a greater sense of humor and try to somehow ironically bring it down a bit. Unfortunately, only second-rate and third-rate actors appear in the film, so no one is saving it in this regard either. It is not even bad enough to stick in your memory and entertain you with unintended nonsense. It's just shit that serves as filler for broadcasting on commercial television during commercially uninteresting times. Overall impression: 10%. ()
