Boy is away at school in England. The high priest is trying to force a young girl to marry an evil pearl trader posing as the god Balu. She escapes, is recaptured and is finally rescued by Tarzan and Jane who reunite her with her chosen fiance. (forgalmazó hivatalos szövege)

The last Tarzan film where Johnny Weissmuller still plays the role, and it's kind of an awkward farewell, mainly because Johnny isn't really there. This is about different characters and that's a shame. The film fails to captivate as much, although it tries to make up for it a bit with the finale, and there are a few well-executed scenes - especially the one with the octopus.
