Eközben Batmannek is megvan a maga baja. (InterCom)

angol It's a decent animated movie, but it didn't really impress me with anything. I did make it to the end, but I didn't have as much fun as I did with the first installment, as in, I didn't have any fun at all. The film barely left any impression on me and, before the credits rolled, it slipped through the cracks of mediocrity. ()

angol I liked this cheeky but at the same time affectionate parody more than The Lego Movie. Batman is a big time bloke who enjoys his own film very much, just like Deadpool, and when the bad guys from the Phantom Zone burst into Gotham, the parade of references starts flowing just like from Ready Player One. I was also very pleasantly surprised that the typical American “family is everything" motif, to which I am sometimes allergic, is shown here with a giant portion of hyperbole; it’s not pathetic at all, but it is impressive. angol A terrific romp that makes amazing fun of its own thematic universe and on top of that introduces the funniest Batman ever, who rants about everything, and his interaction with young Robin is perhaps the best "buddy" treat since The Last Boy Scout (which is all the more admirable since this one rides on child-friendly dialogue). The pace doesn't falter for a second, the action is more bloated and original than in any live-action DC crap (excluding Nolan, of course), and the cadence of the wisecracks is truly lethal at times, to the point where I wonder if little kids have any idea what a funny and complex parody they're watching. I don't know what kind of stimulants the writers sprinkled in their coffee while writing, but I want to try them too – I can't get in such good mood even after eight beers and with a young girl sitting on my lap. Amen. 85% ()

angol A barrage of verbal and visual jokes, pop-culture references, frenziedly edited action; all with a pace that sometimes is hard to follow. Basically, something like the first Lego Movie (for me a tad weaker), but also spoofing comic book films, and it does it playfully, with humour and imagination. Needless to say, the more comic books, pop-culture and Warner Bros films you know, the more jokes you will get. As far as I’m concerned, this year’s upcoming live-action films from the DC Universe can go hand in hand with this year’s upcoming films from the Marvel Universe and jump together into the sea, because I’m not interested in them. This one is the only comic-book movie I needed to see this year. ()

angol Everyone in the movie cinema was laughing all the time, that´s true, but in turns. Children laughter alternated adult laughter, adult laughter alternated with children laughter. And it kept repeating during the whole movie. There are cheap infantile gags for little ones (and there are many of them) as well as sophisticated pop-cultural references for the teenagers and adults (and there is perhaps even more of this kind). The problem is that there is no connecting humor "for the whole family", where all age groups could laugh at the same joke. The second problem is that humor is overused. Every second of the footage there are at least three jokes. And that makes you dull after some time. Yes, that was a snag already in the Lego story, but here it's much bigger problem. Nor will the super bad team, made up of bad guys from various fictional worlds, entertain you as their potential is not properly used. Otherwise, there is not much to complain about, it is just as crazy and entertaining an influx of pop-culturally parodying grotesque gags as in all LEGO® series/short films/games/movies, as one would expect from a film for preschool boys, their older brothers and companions, including some lessons children might learn. But while you can fully enjoy the Lego story even without children, this time it´s not the case. ()
