The world's biggest stoner, Oliver, loses a high profile car, forcing him to steal an ice cream truck and enlist his wacky friends to help track down the thief before it's too late. Oliver is always stoned. At age 26 he's not exactly leading the most mature or productive life. He lives in his dad's basement, which also doubles as a storage area for his bong collection. From Oliver's baked perspective, things are going well. He makes okay money working at his father's car cleaning business. One day, while incredibly high, Oliver finds himself at the center of a colossal buzzkill. While driving a client's expensive vehicle back from the car wash, Oliver gets the munchies. He stops to score snacks, but returns to find the car has been stolen. In a state of panic, he steals an ice cream truck and embarks on a wild journey to recover the ride. Along the way, he meets a plethora of crazy characters. But there's one who will change his life forever. (Cinemax)

Only if those characters were also quite bearable, but what's the point when this is a rather simple story about nothing. There is no charge in it, it drags a bit because nothing really happens, and on top of that, they smoke weed. But actually, it wouldn't really matter if they didn't smoke. There are plenty of similar films and they are better, or at least more eccentric. This one is just too conservative.
