Such a great cast, out of which the only ones who ultimately excel are Mitsushima Hikari and Emoto Tasuku, and even that Nomura Shūhei proved he has something to show. Sadly, the likes of Tsumabuki didn't really play much, almost as if he didn't believe in his character, didn't understand (or didn’t want to), and overacted in some scenes. At times it was minikurushii. Although it was supposed to seem hopeful, to me it seemed hopeless – in each episode there was yet another problem to solve, and they weren't exactly small. For a show from the summer season, it's a little too heavy for my taste, with an overwrought Tsumabuki and a clichéd ending. A big disappointment for me, as I was looking forward to something a little different (definitely something to warm the soul).
