The world's biggest bathing society wishes to cleanse its sins. The only thing thicker than the flowing water is the sea of people in it. On his journey to get holy water for his father, the filmmaker Pan Nalin encountered people such as the runaway Kishan, the newly formed family of a yogi and an abandoned child, and ascetics smoking marijuana to elevate their consciousness. The Kumbh Mela, the holy mass of a hundred million Hindus, appears in the film as a massive, chaotic but most of all beautiful mirage.
