Carne de perro

This film by young Chilean director takes place in the present day and on one level it reveals the life of a lonely, psychologically unstable middle-age man who seems to be trying to free himself from his dark past. On another level we can sense a more general testimony about the traumas of a post-totalitarian society. (Summer Film School)
