Amikor terrorista Qasim (Elyes Gabel) megszökik MI5 őrizetéből, a legendás ügynököt Harry Pearce-t (Peter Firth) okolják érte. A kegyvesztett és lemondásra kényszerült Harry egy éjjel a Temzébe veti magát. Az eset után az MI5-t átszervezik. Ugyanakkor az exügynök, Will Holloway (Kit Harington) visszatér Moszkvából, hogy kiderítse, igaz-e az a sejtés, hogy Harry nem halt meg. For me, this film is quite a good calculation. It was expected that the series "Spooks", known in Czech as "MI5", is one of those that are quite well-known and popular. Jon Snow, sorry, Kit Harington is a favorite of one generation, and on top of that, there is a slightly more intense approach to the action thriller, which is something that interests the modern generation. It's like a cheaper version of "Mission: Impossible". And yeah, it's not much more than that.

If I don’t count James Bond, it seems to me that the English turn movie spies into boring and uninteresting caricatures with dry humor. But Spooks: The Greater Good is a different thing, similar to Bond in particular. Proper action that doesn’t bore you from the beginning till the end. And at the same time, it stars unfamiliar actors and plays around with them brilliantly and so you are waiting for what is going to happen to the characters at any moment. I wasn’t expecting this, but I got really great action. How come that this movie in particular has a weak score of 60% from the reviewers?
