After not seeing each other for several years, two girls from Finland decide to take a road trip ala Thelma and Louise. The journey turns out to be an escape from their numerous personal problems and responsibilities rather than an enjoyable holiday. During their wild ride through the Finnish landscape, they confidently ignore the law, rob others of food, money and vehicles, and capture a plastic hostage. Carefree at first, their ride takes a turn for the worse when one of the girls’ secret is revealed. This tragic comedy about friendship isn't as it first appears, and offers dramatic moments intertwined with absurd intermezzos. (Febiofest)
