François romantikus fényképész, aki képtelen megbarátkozni a modern világgal. Szinte minden gondot okoz neki: mint a legtöbb született balek, csetlik-botlik attól a pillanattól kezdve, ahogy világra jön. Pierre Richard-tól megszokhattuk már ezt a figurát, hiszen több tucatnyi vígjátékban botladoztatja végig a jellegzetes naiv figurát, aki mindig bajba kerül, de valahogy rendre megmenekül. Hogy most, mi történik vele? Megint érdekes kalandokba keveredik, ezúttal a bájos Miou-Miouval. (Film4)

All credit to the fact that a film about the making of porn (a French film at that) isn't unnecessarily lascivious and doesn't rely on the most titillating scenes in a pubescent way. A lot of things are only hinted at and when it comes to the rawness, it's usually quite funny or unexpectedly serious, while Pierre Richard acts moderately and the whole thing is kind of quiet... But I still get the impression that there is less going on in Now We've Seen It All! than there should be, and some things are paradoxically excessive (Charlotte with the porn actor, etc.).
