Hacukoi

An ordinary Japanese love triangle story where I couldn't root for either of the "suitors" because they were both good and both deserved it in their own way. The rating was lowered a bit by later developments, but it was still watchable, sweet, not pushy, and very Japanese. I think a lot of people here will find some of the behavior, decision-making, or obedience of the characters a bit hard to understand, but that's the Japanese mentality and that's how they are. There's nothing left but to ignore those little things and not worry too much about them. Just enjoy the story, which could have easily happened to you, at least two-thirds of the way through the series. It was, on the whole, an enjoyable 8 episodes of Japanese intimate romance.
