A film that doesn't quite know what it wants to be. Whether an entertaining history, or at times an absurd representation of reality, or just a boring anecdote about something that happened back then. It fails at both, but it can be recognized that there was an effort. It simply didn't work out, and it's not crazy enough to make it work.
