Johana has three girl-friends, two boy-friends, a dad and a step-mom. Kasandra, who is not promiscuous, just has no problems with “it”; Kaca, who is being terrorized by her father; Andy, who loves Vektor and hasn't told him yet; Vektor, who loves Andy and hasn't told her yet; and a smart boy who is way too much into pot and is called Hagrid. There's also the dad who used to be a newsman and a rocker and currently writes for tabloids, and the step-mom Saba she just can't get along with. The numbers of friends and parent will change, though. Johana falls in love suddenly, starts hunting for a man from old letters, who'd known her mom when she was alive and who could possibly be her biological father; they want to publish her diary, containing absolutely everything, as a book. Even the blues aren't what they used to be. (forgalmazó hivatalos szövege)

angol In spite of the negative response, My Naked Diary can be described as an enjoyable pre-graduation comedy that should be updated every decade, because, for example, the story of Girlie from 2002 was considered too passé by today's kids. The stories about the sympathetically exuberant Johana fit perfectly. This generation's issues are a little different than the previous ones, the sets are more multimedia every year, and the Dubai story takes on a new dimension overall. The flashbacks from the adolescent psychiatric hospital are surprisingly done sensitively and it is particularly a pleasure to watch Veronika Kubařová's pleasantly girlish performance. Kubařová is a mature actress familiar with the Czech and international repertoire from the theater (especially from Prague's Municipal theaters), used to acting on the entire stage herself, and it’s really too bad that she does not play similarly large roles in films more often. angol Three and a half - a very pleasant surprise! Natural acting performances (the great Veronika Kubařová, great), direction that moves along, nice music and quite an interesting plot. I had no idea about the book until today. The story based on it, however, boasts that it feels really true to life. And this is appreciated not only in Czech films.__P.S. Today I learned (after a year and a half) that there is no book and I was the victim of a hoax. Not that I mind, of course. ()

angol I might have enjoyed the film if I had experienced a sudden state of delayed puberty and if my chromosomes were arranged differently. Since I do not meet either of these conditions as of today, the film did nothing for me. The only thing I found interesting was that it was the first time I had seen Petra Špalková in the role of a likable character. The rest had barely any effect on me at all. The plot went entirely past me, then the final credits rolled, and I didn't even get angry that I had wasted an hour and a half of my life. Simply nothing. Without taste, without smell, without emotions — a perfectly sterile film. / Lesson learned: Always lengthwise, never crosswise. ()

angol The plot seems a bit disorganized, tripping up over itself here and there, but it seems this is exactly what the life of today's teenage girls is like. Anyway, I wasn't bored at all. Veronika Khek Kubařová literally charmed me with her girlish charm and natural acting. I also liked Petra Špalková a lot, who also managed the role of the stepmother of the main heroine very well.
