Even if it’s only an hour and a half long, I was surprisingly very bored. The director manages to conjure some atmosphere here and there, but the script is tragic and the unremarkable performances sink it to the bottom. As a low-budget flick is not an entirely futile effort, maybe with time the creators will be able to put together something better, but after Deadend, I don’t think I’ll be very keen on watching their future attempts.
