A két férfi üzletet köt egymással? angol I feel that some critics were too harsh. From Paris with Love is a passable action snack that doesn’t bother too much (if at all) with any plot logic, but it was pretty watchable regardless. That the celebrated 96 Hours is much better (at least when it comes to the script)? No, I don’t think that for a moment. ()

angol Morel has "taken" about two steps back from Taken, where he is held back by a silly script that lacks any ideas or a drop of unpredictability. In terms of the direction, there is nothing to draw from. This means that the only thing that offers up any ideas is the liquidation of the gangster youth, the shootout in the Chinese restaurant, followed by the one between the mannequins, which literally explodes into a geyser of action. While "Royal with Cheese" is a delight, for a planned action flick of the year, it's a pretty ruthless disappointment. PS: This is the most racist film by far. How else can we explain that the immigrant scum are being liquidated by the merciless hand of an American tough guy in a bomber jacket and a shaved head? :) ()

angol Wax on, Wax off. Excellent trailers and high expectations are From Paris with Love’s best friend. The screenplay is really weird and even though in places unusually surprising, the plot is a little confused and sometimes loses you. But that is usual for Besson. Morel does a superb job, the action is first-rate and looks good, snappy lines pour out like coke from a bag with bullet holes in it and Travolta, that Travolta. The whole movie stands on Wax’s shoulders. That guy is simply cool and his wise lines could be carved on a tombstone. The fourth star is for him. Jonathan Rhys Meyers isn’t bad either, but here he is simply in the shadow of the bald guy with the bazooka. I would welcome a sequel with a better screenplay. I just have to see Wax again. Here’s a piece of advice that I picked up in Somalia. When a nervous ten-year-old kid aims a gun in your face, you do what the fuck he tells you. ()

angol Boring. I’ve seen stuff like this a hundred times, and the action camera and the European filters can’t save it. Travolta's wisecracks are okay, the action is very average and the plot is meaningless. Taken set the standard, now it's only going to get worse. ()

angol It’s total crap. Watching it, I was most amused to think what my ex-girlfriend, who loves John Travolta but hates bald men, would have to say about it. One star for the great car chase at the end (what the driver of the silver Audi did is called driving art), the second for the few (wanted) jokes. ()

angol This film definitely deserves a better rating than it generally gets on the databases, because it's simply good. John Travolta is terrific here and Jonathan Rhys Meyers is absolutely his equal. The story is wonderfully gritty, and it has a pretty good twist that I didn't think of at the beginning. I had a good time with it. ()
