angol A decent love story, which differs from the classic penny dreadfuls in that it is realistic despite its romantic nature, and above all because its characters do not achieve their goals. It is saturated with love but always aimed in the wrong direction. Only hope remains. The film is divided into 3 parts, which depict the perspective of the three main characters on the same event. The film has a television nature, and by that, I don't just mean poorer equipment and sets, but rather the form of processing. Yet that doesn't diminish its quality in any way. The atmosphere of the early 20s is well conveyed by period music, as well as costumes and well-chosen interiors and exteriors. Overall impression: 65%. The role of the femme fatale was portrayed well by the charming Zoe Tapper, but in my opinion, the fragile naive yet more sympathetic Sally Hawkins is better. The make-up artist had to do a lot of work to conceal her charms, which film viewers know from her filmography. ()
