In six years of coaching, Grant Taylor has never led his Shiloh Eagles to a winning season. Alex's very successful directorial (almost) debut! Comparisons are certainly in order with the Erwin Brothers' related Woodlawn, which also has a Christian subtext with noticeably more depth and a more developed script. However, the production time is known and in terms of simplicity and audience minstream Facing the Giants is probably the more popular choice. The music supervisor also deserves high praise for choosing a tailor-made energetic soundtrack!
