I am going to take a dig at the "performances" of Josef Carda and Kateřina Hrachovcová, which are really, truly and literally miserable. If I were to compare it with the Kačer production from the 1971 that I recently saw, Chlestakov, as performed by Jiří Kodet, really has no competition. (2011.05.03)
