The direction is not groundbreaking and the script could be improved a bit, but within Czech television production, it is definitely above average. The oppressive atmosphere is enhanced by the setting of the funeral home and the focal point of the story - a luxurious coffin. The casting is decent, with Karel Roden delivering a striking and accurately fitting performance as the funeral home owner. Genre-wise, it is a fully functional piece, overall impression being 75%.
