Ren is that guy- overly-benevolent veterinarian Moses- who stands to inherit a US$25 million fortune. When nightclub hostess (Cecilia Cheung) learns of the fortune, she tries her hardest to win his affections- and his money- with her womanly wiles. But she has to also contend with competition from Moses' unscrupulous nephew Barry (Ho-Yin Wong) and fiancée Mimi (San-san Lee) who are after a bit of spending money for themselves.
