The main attraction in this perfectly tuned romantic thriller is the psychologically well-drawn and brilliantly acted character of Robert Redford. Demi Moore is a doll and Woody Harrelson is not convincing. Several scenes are extremely powerful and personal, but the rest is a classic Hollywood fairytale arranged precisely to perfectly appeal to the largest possible number of viewers of all ages. However clichéd and predictable, Indecent Proposal has a relatively strong psychological foundation and a great number of moments that captivate with their natural power and emotional intensity. Surprisingly, no routine dullness. The first half even surprised me with its decent psychology, and the second half, on the other hand, had a surprisingly impressive and touching happy ending. The only problem with the film is its excessive length. Everything happens too slowly, and when a crucial turning point finally takes place, we can almost prepare ourselves for the finish.
