angol After The Abyss, Hamlet is Asta's most iconic film. Asta was a phenomenon, the face of two decades, and an inspiration to everyone. She influenced artists and ordinary viewers alike, she was omnipresent, and naturally always on top. With every new film, it seems a surprise that the eternal Asta is still filming, because she has done everything. Her version of Hamlet is an unforgettable modern irony. Asta plays her royal princess as a woman between two pains - the loss of her father and her unspoken love for Horatio. The updating of the substance through the suppressed femininity is excellent, as are the structures and costumes, with Asta's plain attire of course standing out with its slim trousers and dramatic cape. Thinking back to all the other versions, whether film or stage, I've never encountered an adaptation so constantly alive and all-encompassing. ()
