George R.R. Martin's novella was already a pretty kitschy read, and making it into a movie is something hard to even imagine. I do have to say that without knowing the source material, I would not even get the plot, or rather, I wouldn't understand why certain things are happening in certain scenes. In spite of all that, however, Nightflyers has an interesting premise and does provide for some kind of entertainment, but it should not have been wrapped up in such a cheap and cheesy way.
