Sonny Boy

A big (300 lbs.), small town crook and his hairy-chested, cigar-smoking transvestite "girlfriend" (played by David Carradine in drag) find an infant boy in the car of a couple they just offed, and raise it caged like an animal, teaching "Sonny Boy" to kill and steal on command.
